Averil Fitchett

Averil commenced her career in lettings back in 1995, establishing and managing a successful letting agency in Southville.  She brings a meticulous attention to detail that is so important in ensuring our Landlords’ properties are well maintained and always compliant with current and upcoming legislation.

Katie Fitchett

The newest member of the Millennium Lettings Team, Katie has a background in education and is relishing the challenge of a new career in the family business.
